Well, when I eat too much I feel heaviness in my stomach, it also depends on what food you eat. For example last time for me milk even @1,5% fat is not good so I excluded it also I started to put more accent on rice and meat and I feel much better, sleep better plus I have more energy at the gym.
I never go to MC Donald and no junk food I think I drink soda just a few times per year when I have nothing else near me. While loosing fat eat rice for carbs and 5-6 times of small food portions per day will do the job. Also take 1 month to do just supersets.
