Exclamation Complex Carbs make you leaner and fuller

complex carbs can actually make you look leaner and fuller, it also helps draw water out of you, so dont be scared with these carbs when bulking or leaning down

Go on mate, I'm interested in hearing more.

As far as I've always been aware, carbs, any carbs, will fill your muscles with water in the form of glycogen, which I presume makes you look fuller, though i don't understand how that makes you look leaner and drastically cutting out carbs will wring the water out of you, which is why misinformed people get so excited about losing 10lbs in a week on a low carb diet only to emphatically state the diet doesn't work because as soon as they reintroduce carbs they regain all that water weight.

Honestly, I not knocking you, just wondering if I've missed something.

ps are you saying to choose complex over simple carbs?
