new start
I am 41 years old have been big my entire life. I have lost 70 pounds and now i am ready to grow. I am 6'1" 315 pounds, 6 days a week in gym. what do i need to get started with to finish dropping this spare tire and growing every thing else. Give me some weLl needed advise.
