Thank you for the add. I hit 45 and decided I better get a grip on my body before it gets out of hand. I used to work out a lot, but life got in the way. Now I bust my butt and the only result I see is pain. That's what brought me here

Forgot to add: I am 45, 5'10" and weigh 284 pounds. I have a 38 inch waist, so I have a good base, I just think mother nature has a sick sense of humor...
