A 500mg / week Test E only cycle is a very mild cycle but if you were to run this cycle and had previously had the symptoms you have noted above then id just run 20mg of nolva ED through out the cycle .

If your training and diet is good then go ahead and use gear bro but the best piece of advice i can give you is to treat gear like you treat protein powder , its a suppliment , dont rely on gear , its just part of the total package just like protein powder , you dont drink it you wont gain as much , gears the same , if you rely on gear and lack decent training and diet your wasting your money , your time and risking your health. Only can decide if your ready

thanks Robbie. i feel my diet and training is good so i am ready. im just worried about future reprecussions such as heart liver problems and mentalk health problems. lol
