weeks 1-10 test e 250mg Saturday morning, 250mg tuesday night
weeks 4-10 hcg 250mg Saturday morning, 250mg tuesday night
pct 2 weeks after last test shot
wks 1-2 40mg of tamoxifen
wks 3-4 20mg of tamoxifen
hgh 4 ius a day off Monday and Thursday
My AI should be in soon which I will do .5mg eod

workouts
sat-bis and tris
sun-chest
tues-legs
wed-shoulders
thurs-back/traps
Abs 2-4 days a week

I am doing the anabolic diet. It seems the easiest for me to stay on.
30% protein, 60% fat, 10% carbs

thanks Kornfed, my error i ment to say ius. My diet is usually fish and red meat which makes up alot of the fat, I cycle the carbs and add alot of protein on the weekends. But i will add more protein during the week.Thanks.

if you are trying to maximize your newly acquired research material, I would eat more carbs then fat. Your diet looks along the lines of a pre contest w/lower protein. take advantage of the hormones and give the body ample protein and ample protein sparing carbs

thanks CM, I will add more carbs to my diet.
After first week, nothing much to report.
workouts and mood r fine. I injected test into my thighs, felt like a minor charlie horse for 2 days but fine afterwards. I will report back weekly. I am already researching for a cut cycle in April. I already have Var, thinking Prop and maybe Primo depending on $. Always open to suggestings.Thanks

remember until april. AAS do not burn fat, so whatever you have is not going to dictate bulk or cut
Everybody uses test for both so it is not about that.
manipulating water retention is one thing, but other research material is needed besides AAS when april rolls around if you are going to really play the game.
lab research which keeps the test high while minimizing water, minimizing estrogen, combined with some thermogenics, possible thyroid manipulation, and possible beta agonist, and antagonists, and you are on your way to the stage.
njoy the first ride, just make it worth it with your diet and your training before You prob won't really notice for a couple more weeks. slightly maybe, but 4-5 in you'll be feeling it

One other piece of advice. don't think in terms of bulking cutting, etc. just think you are bodybuilding. Bulking and cutting gets out of hand and those terms are used too loosely in our world

Thanks CM. I realize to make the most of AAS, is to properly diet and train.I added more carbs (rice,yams, oat meal) and protein. I wasn't expecting much if anything after 1 wk. I will be patient. I have and plan again to cycle between t3/clen and ECA stacks, but I recently read that because both thermogenics do the same thing, you have to do one or the other in order to give your receptors time to recover(not sure if i got that exactly right, I hope you know what I'm trying to say). Thanks again CM for all your help.

lots of people use all of those when it comes time to get lean. As far as the same receptors, no that is not exactly it, but it is a lot for the adrenals to handle, alot of stims all at once
You are cranking the thyroid, stimulating the nervous system, bronchial dilation, thinning the blood slightly, increase BP, beta cell agonism, etc. This is where the problem may lie...just too much for some to handle
Honestly it is not that bad, but some people do not even do well with clen by itself, let alone adding ephedrine as well
I would maybe try the clen w/out the ephedrine first, then experiment w/both if you know you can be ok.
the rest is really not going to be a problem simultaneously.

Clen is too much for me, i get bad stomach pains and shakes off 40mg. Its just not for me.

Start of wk3. Charliehorse is no longer a problem, workouts have been good, strenghth up slightlty. I feel a little tighter after workouts, in a good way. No sides to report.
