Nice fish bro. Do you eat carp?
Im out on the water any chance I get. I mostly fish for salmon and trout. Between the fish I catch and deer I kill there's always lean meat in the freezer.

no i dont eat any of the fish thats againts the law hear in uk
just catch them take nice pic see how heavy they are then put them back for someone else to catch
hear in uk the person who owns the lake owns the fish in it the bigger the fish in the lake the more he can charge to fish for them so fishing lakes are run like a buisness
im not sure but i think in usa dont you class carp as invasive species and kill them as they eat the spawn of bass witch is the fish you preffer to catch

A lot of guy bow fish for carp here.
That sucks not being able to keep the fish. I would still do it if I couldn't keep them though.
I literally just got done vacuum packing about 40 pounds of salmon I caught last weekend.

i never really thought about eating them as bought up knowing have to put them back and its a sport so if put it back will grow bigger and bigger if kept averything caught then they wouldnt have time to grow to the sizes
you cant fish for salmon and trout and keep them and any sea fishing obv can keep
plus im not a fan of fish i rearly eat it salmon and trout are probly only fish i like to eat

I do fish but only when I'm offshore, not in my off time. But since I spend 6-9 months in deep water anyway I guess there is no need. And I also like to fill a few ice chests with amberjack and red snapper when they blow up a platform so when the freezer is full I don't fish either. You could say I'm less a fisherman than I am cheap and like fresh fish I don't have to pay for. Nothing like fresh ceviche made from red snapper pulled from the water 15 minutes ago. Perfect for those hot summer days.
