for me it depends how stiff i am after work. i get a good bit of cardio there so when i go to lift i usually do a couple sets of stairs and jumping jacks just to get the HR up and blood moving again for stretches.

haha,thats so true,if the power rack is open i run there with my gym bag and a gallon of water before some fitness guy starts to do curls)))))

yes 5-10 mins just to get my heart rate up and get into the mood

I was doing cardio twice a week but I have since cut it out by 75% for now
