I don't believe that there are specific exercises that you can do to spot reduce, it's an all round effort of diet and exercise, no one exercise will reduce stomach fat bro!!

The only way to lose belly fat is to lose fat full stop! It might well be that your belly fat is the last bit of fat to go, in which case you need to diet harder, cut out more carbs or do whatever form of diet you prefer to do to lose your fat. Either that or up your exercise.

Getting your body into a fat burning rather than carb burning mode or even worse undertaking an extreme low calorie diet will do the best job of burning body fat and retaining muscle!

If you are talking about lack of muscle tone rather than excessive fat then by all means perform the exercises described above.

Yoga is one of the best option. even walking, avoid fat food. Even above all tips can work.

The grapefruit diet that Huge Tom has just posted would be an excellent way to lose stomach/any fat. After a few days depending on your current level of carb consumption you will soon see a noticeable decrease in bodyfat.

Just be sure to eat plenty if protein in the way of meat or fish to avoid body consuming its own store of essential amino acids (your muscles and other organs) and don't be afraid to eat fat. You need essential fatty acids as well as essential amino acids to function/live!

Wind sprints. Jump rope. Something your body isn't used to and that burns some serious calories. In order to see those last few abs you need to feel some pain and work it brother.

Or you can do a low carb diet for 6 months and hope it melts off. I prefer to pay my admission to the freak show with sweat.

Diet and H.I.T

This is my personal experience from the past 6 months of brutal training.
Ok here goes, so I am 5'11" and weighed in at about 228+- couple # asked uncle Tom the same question and suggested the grapefruit diet and 1 hour cardio 4 days a week on empty stomach. No offense Tom but I hate cardio, but I know its the key. So I cut the shit out of carbs almost (ketosis and start my workout with 15-20the min. of H.I.T or tabata on eliptical....... 10 min done!
Wieght training consists of powerlifting one week, light wieght many reps one week, heavy weight low reps next week.
I workout six days a week and eat clean and have peeled off thirty pounds over the past two months. The belly arwa still needs work but this shit doesnt just fall off. Straight up you gotta get off your ass and bust it theres no magic pill no one exercise and nutrition is totally a big ass slice of the pie!

It is important to remember that keeping the body\'s metabolism up and running so that the body continuously burns calories prevents it from going into the fat-storing mode that causes unnecessary weight gain.
