id join, but im waiting on my new gym to open apr 20th

Hear are few self takes no good on my own will see if can get better one later when get someones else to do one

Arm workout at moment will be mon bi tue tri and fri complete arm workout will keep informed and let know if change it around
Will also be useing the hand grips few times week to help forearm

I will have to edit my bicep work out later. I seen a nice one that was posted. I'll search for that and post up this.

during my cardio today i used the rower and did it sort of bicept curls style if know what mean was light at first but really killed after time
hope fully may help in growing them

Shit I forgot about the measurement pic. Ill have to pick up a body tape tomorrow and Ill post measurements in the next two days.... And do I really have to post my routine? I want to win I dont want to give up my Arsenal!!! LMFAO. Ill post my routine tomorrow as well.
