what do u mean greens? what size pins are you using? what part of the leg are you pinning? how much do u pin at a time? and how long have you been pinning your thighs? with most people the thighs are the least painful to pin. and ive always contributed that to the fact you can use both hands and be extremely steady with it. unlike one handed delt pins, or twisted glute pins.
