this type of training is very beneficial,, but it will never do u any good if u are a hard gainer (ectomprph) or somebody with a calorie deficient diet.. your diet has to be on lock in order to really produce quality gains from this training.. if not ur body will stay in an exhausted mode and ull actually start to decrease n size.. so be on top of ur diet and the quota you need iin calories in order to achieve this kind of training with success .... good luck
