Default On the `15 day DL

i took my shot yestersay mixed with test prop and winny, OMG.. swelled up and had to skip legs... yikes. so i opted for chest, day after delts...

felt great..

WO:

dmb press - 3 80's for 8

cable press 3x 10 90, 100, 90

flat bench; 3x10 185

flys on machine with 105 5 set of 12

calves:

standing 90 drop sets 10 sec break...
4 sets

seated calves: 125 for 4 sets of 15

cardio 20 ins walk at 120 hr....

keeping BF low.

food the same, except I will cut back to 300 g carbs today... increase the oils...
